With rare switch to English, PM Modi ensures world gets his message on terror

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who usually uses Hindi and Indian regional languages in his speeches, made a rare switch to English at a rally in Bihar to convey that the perpetrators of the Pahalgam attack won’t be spared. His use of English was to ensure that the world didn’t miss a word of India’s resolve to fight Pakistan-sponsored terrorism.
